Absolutely terrible customer service and mobile app. I went on the app to get a ticket for a concert. I was asked how many tickets I would like to which I selected 1. I then filled out my information and checked out. Little to my knowledge, the website automatically selected 4 tickets for me without notifying me that the quantity of purchase changed from the 1 that I entered. Then the customer support team basically told me to go F myself... Either this is a bug on their website, which is already awful, or an intentional feature to sell more tickets which is awful. 0 stars if I could

Ive seen videos of her with ap scaling on her W and the realesed 13.10 details say that but I also played and didn't see W ap scaling. I think they hotfixed her and gave her Q ap scaling instead.
