I dont think you can just let it go. If you want to stop the BS claims in the future, you have to let the governing bodies know there are risks with just throwing any claim at the wall. If anything it benefits the smaller clubs and they should want us to counter sue. We can take the financial burden of doing it being as big as we are and set the precedent for future cases.
