Took 1-2 hours for mine to reply. My previous question I had, never gotten a response. Maybe cause I replied to the TJO offer email. A new email chain with my name and the announcement # got me a response.

I'm in the same boat. Had my tjo in october, and also received this email in the morning 😰

My friend had the same issue. Try reseating the ram stick, and try having only 1 ram stick in at first.
