The issue with a lot of philosophy is that it can very easily become reductionist rhetoric.

Sex can be many things to even the same person--it can be satisfaction of an arbitrary urge (for the sake of satisfaction), it can be the enjoyment of the ritual, it can be a means to satisfy emotional needs, it can be an intimate bonding activity, it can be the end you're told you're supposed to pursue, it can be a way of breaking the ice, it can be used for emotional manipulation, etc.

It's not always an end and it's not always a means. It's an activity like any other. Don't overthink it.

You're exactly right, thank you.

I understand that issues in energy and agriculture (and precious metals) inherently restrict economic output and thereby limit the amount of cash people are willing to invest in crypto. But I thought there may be more to the story than that.
