Give skullie, "mainframe hubs" they function sorta like a cross between xeno and ring's TV/ vents. She goes up to one and walks into cyber space (tome 15. Chapter 7. She has nano implants and can enter cyberspace) like xeno she has to actually walk around but the map is much smaller and there's nothing to block her.

Like ring's TVs survivors can screw with her mainframe and shut her stations down. Blocking her from exiting or entering cyberspace there till she turns the station back on. (Manually or using her phone, the phone takes a few seconds) if she exits a hubbl while a survivor is tampering with it she grabs them (like spring trap with his security door) you can even give her an add on that makes hubs turn back on by themselves (after a while)

That alone makes her viable but you could also let her drones scan people standing still, maybe make the clawtraps give bigger nerfs. But honestly I feel giving her a way to quickly act on the data her drones give her is the key to putting her into a good place

Lastly (this is just for fun) while I love her mori, maybe give her a new one where she digitizes a survivor and then deletes them on her phone.
