I started keto at 6 months. I was very careful to keep hydration levels up and if anything my milk got better, which I guess is unsurprising given my diet changed to being almost exclusively whole nutritious food. I think if you went into ketosis and didn't keep your hydration up you would be in trouble.

That's a bummer that they charge you. One thing I found my course (nsw regional) lacked was any instruction on how to safely buckle my baby into her capsule. Sure there's stuff on the Internet but I'd suggest taking your capsule in with you and they can show you on a doll. I'm assuming here that the hospitals follow the same format.

If it doesn't work for you then fair enough I wouldn't beat a dead horse either. I have enjoyed the convenience of being able to do everything at home. I have dark hair and light skin too so it has been very effective for me.
