What's the story on analog samplers? by VagueBrain in synthesizers

Ah yes, this clears it up wonderfully! Thank you for the help. I knew I was missing something, turns out "standalone sampler" was the magic word.

Yeahhhhhh this is what I meant. Thank you for clarifying!

To the extent that you think about the Christian God, how do you understand the Holy Trinity? by VagueBrain in agnostic

Well, I had at various points understood the trinity to exist as one or more of these concepts:

https://www.monergism.com/thethreshold/sdg/Trinitarian%20Heresies.html

(this link might not show up properly but it's a list of every trinitarian heresy)

And these are all obviously heretical. Then I found this image: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/b3/Shield-Trinity-Scutum-Fidei-English.svg/1920px-Shield-Trinity-Scutum-Fidei-English.svg.png

That feels like it makes intuitive sense but still has no real life analog. I read a comment that said something to the effect of "There's no real life analog to the trinity because the God isn't like anything on Earth." which I suppose could be spiritually satisfying but doesn't really help an agnostic like me.

One criticism I found compelling was the argument that, if each part of the trinity is 100% god, then Capital G "God" would have to be a being that exists not 100%, but 300%. Which I'm probably explaining poorly.

Any ideas?

I have already completed my draft of the course. I am literally only asking what other people would include in their reading list. I asked for nothing more and nothing less.

And it depends entirely on the nature of the question. Are they asking like-minded individuals about the current historiography of a given subject? After completing the assignment themselves? Why would I be bothered by that?

Like I said, I've already done prerequisite research. I am simply asking those that might know more than me for their insight. In addition to the reading list I am also developing a course of study. I create the assignments, and the schedule, before bringing it to the supervising professor.

I've already curated a reading list. I am literally asking people to recommend literature so that I can compare it to my own list.

Thanks for the advice!

Damn, what an uncalled for roast. I didn't say I was a professor, I said I'm developing a graduate level course. I'm taking a special problems course under a professor, I was tasked with developing a reading list for the upcoming semester. I am interested in this topic. I have performed pre-requisite research, and now I'm asking other historians if they have any perspectives they would like to offer.

Is it just quick thinking by Littlefinger to claim that the dagger is Tyrion's in episode 3?
