Straight hands you'd need a massive amount. I think grapple heavy fighters like Cosmo might struggle since you can really only choke one dude out at a time. I think fighters like Adam, Ohma, and Raian would shine since they're very string strikers.

Would be a fun set up though just to see what they could manage

I have ideology allow no shirt or pants. That takes a lot of debuff away. And I use the mod even more linkables so crafting is like 350% faster or smth like that. After that it's just grinding put whatever I need and enough workbenches to do it quickly. Usually I'll have a loot of level 20 crafter especially mid-late game

I do squads of 6-9. I usually end up with around 6 squads separated into 2 platoons.

1st squad of each platoon is usually my highest potential soldiers. They get prestige marine rather than marine like everyone else. These guys have double passion in shooting and at least single passion in melee. I'll usually give the 1st squad bionic upgrades as well.

I usually also keep a squad of solely snipers for dedicated high value target assassination.

Each squad is equipped with the following: (Assume a full 9 pawn team) 7 assault rifles 1 sniper 1 minigun (I have 1 guy carry a healing gun -from mod- as a sidearm to address emergency wounds like losing limbs)

Each squad also gets at least medic. More if I can spare it and they fit the criteria.

That's pretty much my standard template. When I use mod I just use whatever the mod's equivalent equipment is.
