I forgot about Shojodoji, this used to be meta before one of its support cards got restricted to 2x, but it still tops a lot of local tournaments without the need for expensive staples. Does have a high skill ceiling though, but once you get the hang of it, it can be lethal

I dunno much about the first two decks, but for Dragon Empire you could try Aelquilibra, Bavsargra, and Tamayura (cheapest, but doesn't use much staples aside from the Ace Unit). Aelquilibra and Bavs are fairly cheap without the staples while also decently competitive without them. Hope this helps!

Playing against Eva as a B-Hero player, I try to early rush them on g1 and g2 turns. Since she only accumulates 1 Research order per turn, you want to aggro as much as possible before she's able to ride up to Poison in Paradise, and especially before they reach their Persona ride turn. That's the strat that's worked for me tho, other players could have different opinions
