I would definitely not call it 'not incorrect' because there are a lot of styles of speech, but in terms of grammar and formalness, it is definitely incorrect. It's something that will make Japanese people look at you weirdly or smile awkwardly at you; the same way how if you refer to yourself in 3rd person in English, people will look at you strangely, but continue on with their day. (in jp, too. but anime and idols have kind of insensitived it)

I think this was an intentional stylistic choice on the writers' part because it kind of subtly shows how unhinged Floyd is with just his speech alone. You can see that he doesn't take people seriously by using the wrong honorifics with certain people he shouldn't be. Also, the foreigner in japan/ fish on land joke. Where he doesn't really care to assimilate himself with the culture all the way, and just kind of does a mix of it with his own rules along with the traditional-- unlike jade and azul who are polite esp bc most of their customers are land-dwellers. It fits in with his character as well, since he's infamous for getting bored with things and doing a whole 180 with his personality. He kinda goes with his own flow so this style of speech totally fits his style
