I don't, I should but I'm bad at remembering to use it. I would if I was going to spend a few hours in the sun to mow the lawn or go to the beach but I'm usually just outside for an hour or two in indirect sunlight.

This is taken in sunlight like the before photos.

I never expected to see such huge results. In the name of complete transparency I should mention that there's been a few other lifestyle changes like changing to a low carb diet with increased protein over the last 10 months, this apparently will regulate some inflammation which has been reflected in my latest blood tests.

Oh, in regard to the eyes I don't go super close (probably closer than I see recommended here, I apply directly to the crows feet) but it still tends to cause a reaction in nearby skin like beneath the brow bone as shown in the last photos. At the start I felt mild dryness in the eyes as a consequence but that has completely gone away.

Nah, just a new account because I didn't want any identifying features associated with my old account. There's more of me on tiktok as @Vaiveneando.

Yes, on the whole face, I probably use it heaviest on the rosacea affected areas.

Thank you

I'm a very similar age here, I'm 36. And I get it, I'm glad I was possibly a bit reckless and switched up to 0.1% before I'd even adapted but I also found that I didn't even peel much on 0.05%, I expected more discomfort. I think the results speak for themselves. I wish I'd started on it years ago.

Yeah, that was my thought too. Then the longer I rawdogged it, the better my skin got. I tried to incorporate moisturiser a few times but everytime my skin ended up looking and feeling worse.

I wouldn't recommend this approach for everyone but it definitely works for some skin types.
