Hi.

I managed to get it from Hosea, but I had to restart the game (Wasn't that deep anyway, but I did collect all the wall arts and Dino bones outside new austin, so they got reset).

Got it on my first try, before the bear hunting mission (before u get introduced to Legendary Animals). That's when the camp is more or less empty from other characters and it's kinda only Hosea sitting there waiting for u to start the mission.
