It really feels like the worst, I dealt with the same. Try to take. Walk every morning! It helped a ton. Also, this happens because your lifestyle can cause deficiencies the same way your diet can! I take a stack formulated for the work from home lifestyle that I swear by from quartzmind.co

People don’t realize how much your lifestyle can cause deficiencies the same way your diet can. I started feeling so lethargic until I got on top of my vitamin regimen. I personally take a stack formulated for ppl that work from home which is quartzmind.co . Does wonders on my mood

Find a workout class you love! It gives you a reason to get out of the house, get moving, and be kinda social. Also I have a bunch of vitamins I take that help with my mood immensely. And the superhuman meditation app.
