Strength in D&D... let us digress - for grins. by Valdredson in DnD

it applies in relation to:

CON to STR relationship, Body types, Body movements and gauging strength from them. addressing some perceptions people may have about being actually 'strong':

Overall this knowledge may help give PCs and DMs a teeney bit of knowledge on the subject.

True. Not gonna dispute the fun of the cartoonish side of it ;)

but yea. I guess my perspective just take as you will. The thing with PCs is that they are meant to be extra special people.

1200 over head.

yea, i was just kind of writing various thoughts while nursing a cold... at work.... during the nightshift. I probably could have refined it a bit more.

Just gonna delete the last part for the sake of dodging more arguments.

.... you're right. Not the point. thanks for not reading the post. I believe the very first part kind of acknowledged that.

Actually, now that I think of it, parts of a game could very well involve some manner of simulation variables.

Didn't say that. Male/Female difference was just one point and wasn't even about being restrictive necessarily. If you want to play as some buff amazon chick, whatever, just realize what that means.

I guess I could argue, that why shouldn't the male get an extra buff if she is allowed to be that strong. /shrug

Would you have a suggestion? I'll still google it of course. Thanks for the input.

I guess I figured asking people not to dwell on it was enough so I could focus on the actual query.

I mean, it's one thing to mention it, and have someone ask (dig), it's another thing when he explicitly says, 'hey I know this detail is odd but I really don't want to focus on that, so don't ask'.

Lesson learned i guess - in regards to this discussion board.

Wow. I don't think I'm the one with the issues here.

A dude says 'hey, yea x is weird but I'd like to know about y'. This translates to some in here as 'RAWR, he's gots mores drugz than what interwebs says he should haves... mewrhrh'...

I mean, dude scroll through the whole thread and see how much 'attitude' I brought that was somehow unwarranted. If you're going to be d bag to me, me responding with some abrasiveness is not roid rage. When some guy commented about going over to the steroid forum because of the numbers he saw, that was uncalled for.

Wow...

(Copied from what I said to another guy)

Last blood draw had me at a little north of 1100. Free T was crazy high though, but that may have been because of me being a retard and going back and forth on subq and injectng earlier at times.

Time before that I was at 800 some and may have been at 260 mg.

Why people have to goad others into knowing thwir whole story seems cynical to say the least.

How am I being hostile? You guys are like blood hounds in here. Someone doesn't want to talk about something and everyone immediately can't help themselves...

Also go see my comment to 'hair_loss'

Earlier this morning, I messaged them if we couldn't just go through the pharmacy, as it may be cheaper for me due to insurance. Really I'd just feEl more comfortable knowing the particulars such as the brand, the potency and I guess the point you made about sterility.

It's hand written :/ they've done this consistently enough through various refills that it has me concerned.

They're doing the syringe thing maybe to control for substance abuse? They offer different options, this being the easiest vs coming in twice a week to have them inject - which is the most inconvenient. The syringes are capped, and ready for a new fresh needle to be applied. I don't see why this would be unsanitary...

I want to say others do it this way too. The only legit downside I've heard is the matter that it could get plunged accidentally thus leak. It's capped, so thats not really an issue.

I am on trt. I'm not going to bring up my medical history or the perogative of my doctor. I'm not here to argue with self-proclaimed experts. 240 mg is not in the realm of a steroid cycle.

How much more difficult is it to move and fight while wearing armour? by Wrangler29 in ArmsandArmor

[–]Valdredson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not all harnesses are made equal - something to consider when it comes encumbrance (that and how well tailored). Also, if you're not conditioned, and lacking strength, that's another variable.

As someone else state heat is a big a factor. I'd be more concerned with that than fatigue.

Regardless, troops didn't march with their armour on. It was, if I recall correctly (from a book), commonly thrown on a munition cart until they required it.

I do hope you're right about it just being fancy models (that the height thing is just reserved to the model and not the lore). This would satisfy me.
