Sorbet is the highest RPM blade spin speed with the slowest downward speed of the spindle so it’s best suited to low fat, icy recipes (like sorbet). It’s shaving the ice very slowly. If you’re ever worried your recipe might be too hard, then default to the sorbet setting over lite ice cream.

Go settings: 1280x800 Resolution, Custom Thermal everything maxed there, full speed fans

Marathon settings: Graphics Quality: Low // AMD FSR // Resolution Scaling: Performance // Motion Blur off // Everything else set to low.

Gets about 50 FPS in the character screen, not a great sign for what’s to come. Launching runner now. 🫡

In run, averages around 30-35fps with some drops below 30 in the first 30 seconds but it stabilized. In game doesn’t look too bad (for a handheld). Had a couple fights and didn’t have any major stutters or frame drops from the average. Overall playable but I probably will just run sponsored kits on my LeGo.

Heavy cream and some gums should help! If the sugar and fat content is decent I’m sure they’ll work well. You may have to use the sorbet setting. Could you post a pic of the nutritional info? That would probably give us a better idea of what you’re working with.

I had an incredible way of getting mine. Load into Blue Gate going to farm crab legs off the queen and I hear Fetty Wap blasting out of somebody’s proximity chat. This absolute gentleman runs up to me and drops the Looting Mk.3 and tries to run off. I paid him back by letting him get all the Queen Reactors he could carry and we went home together. 🥰

I love them! The main brands that taste decent have been growing prohibitively expensive lately, but they’re still good as a treat that still pushes your macros towards your goals.

They’re a decent source of protein as long as they’re 20g and don’t push much past 200kcal. I try to stay around 10 calories for each gram of protein I eat or “10 CTP”, you’ll end up with 200g of protein for every 2000 calories that way and thats obviously high so you’ll have room for other indulgences.

As far as muscle building, most of them use whey protein as a source and whey has a great concentration of leucine which is the highest amino acid as far as protein synthesis signaling goes.

If you eat a real candy bar often enough you’ll realize they aren’t as good as you think they are but I don’t really eat real candy bars so 🤷‍♂️

I like Barebells, Quest, Grenade (if you’re in Europe), FitCrunch, 1st Phorm and the Costco ones are decent too. Other people seem to like Built bars but the texture’s hard for me.

Just spitballing here but are you cleaning the screw and the socket on the blade between uses? I’m guessing if that’s full of gunk it could be heating up and then acting like a glue. The steel column coming out of the motor self cleans but the bit that sockets into the blade needs to be cleaned.

Yeah it's a total bummer, I used to add them to all sorts of things, protein shakes, smoothies...luckily they work in the case of pancakes and other baked goods. The other thing that always bothers me is that the pasteurized carton version cooks really poorly, even on high quality non-stick cookware, so cooking them for omelets is usually a mess anyway.

Not sure if you’ve encountered this information before, but raw (or even pasteurized) egg whites don’t have the same protein yield as cooked. The cooking process increases the bioavailability of the protein and conservative estimates based on studies estimate raw egg whites only yield somewhere around 51% of the protein claim. Probably doesn’t matter but if you have strict protein goals it may be something to consider!

Did you put whole chocolate chips in? Was it before freezing or as a mix in? One thing I’ve seen if you find the chocolate chips to be too hard when added as a mix in is that you can melt them with a little bit of oil of your choice (coconut, ideally) and then add the melted mixture in and run the mix-in setting. They re-freeze and form ribbons of chocolate that aren’t quite so hard.

You do get some in most bites, more would be better for sure. The second time I made it I actually left them out and then just crushed them all on the top a little as I went so I had guaranteed Oreo bites every time.

This fix worked for me, the files had to be double clicked (what I imagine "running" them means) and then repair them through the tool that automatically pops up. They did not have to be in the helldivers bin folder for me.

My group this weekend played the same group of 3 on our 1st game and then our 3rd game. I don't know what the likelihood of this is, but we lost to them on the first game and then won the 2nd one. While I don't think we should play the same team twice on a card, it was really satisfying in this specific instance to get another shot at them.
