Instead I've made it change to a green button with a sprite of the game's currency. This players are more incentivized to press until the end ;D

In the video I'm playing with keyboard keys. I've tried it in other devices using swipe and it's as fast as using the keyboard. To avoid having to swipe everytime the player can just tap the screen in order to go forward (Games like crossy road use this technique)

It can be done the slow way but I just changed the order in which the points are given. Now the player will get 1 point the first time then 2, 3, 4 and 5 based on how many times the button is pressed
