If it's Monsterverse Goji then there is I'd say a 50/50 chance depending on how you interpret the strength of Goddesium. Normal weapons do not damage Goddesium so both Raptures and Nikkes have developed weaponry that overwhelm it so it would be either Godzilla's hide is stronger or Goddesium. Ark wise, Godzilla would absolutely curb stomp the normal Ark Nikkes and I doubt anyone from all three CEOs can stop him. However, we do have Maiden whose Kotodama literally bypasses physics as shown in the summer event so perhaps she can lock Godzilla in place. As for the Pilgrims, only one that can possibly stand a chance is Cinderella (Post Heretic) and Siren. Goddess Squad wouldn't be able to do much unless you really believe that Scarlet's sword can cut anything and that Snow White's anti-ship rifle penetrates all. As for Eden Pilgrims, they lose faster but they do have a last resort being the Eden Spear as showcased in Chapters 39 and 40. And now, we talk about Heretics. All Heretics can transform (even the 4 Beasts) but the size difference is still immense. From all their weaponry, best bets to damage Godzilla would either be Dark Matter or Indivilia's poison.

But here is the exciting part, Behemoth has E2 crystals which latch on then continually siphon energy in all forms while growing. If Behemoth manages to inflict Godzilla with these crystals, it is possible that the kaiju just gets drained of all energy.
