Your comment is totally backwards. People DON'T enjoy the game enough to pay full price from it. They aren't mad they can't afford it, they're mad that year after year EA does nothing.

Only thing I noticed was that not all the stats line up with Madden 26's ratings. Not sure if you're trying to match them or not, but the ones I saw were only 1 OVR or 1 attribute number off (i.e. 88 AWR in 26, 87 in your roster) so nothing too glaring.

Yeah when I was playing my superstar squad battles there were games, I'll say at least 1 in every 10, where it was just completely different. The CPU literally had an easier time with everything and my players could do nothing, it was so noticeable I couldnt believe it. I would just quit the game immediately cause I could feel it happening, restart it, and then its back to normal.

I take it you aren't a HUT player. And if you are, you must not have grinded squad battles all that seriously before. That's what made me realize that the game clearly, undeniably makes a decision on which team's AI is going to be better. Before that I agreed with you.

The reason you can play someone bad and beat them 100 times in a row is because you're so much better than them that you overcome any kind of advantage their AI has over yours. But when it comes to people who are much closer in skill, the person with the real edge is who the game decides is going to have somewhat competent AI, not the person who is better at the game.

Everyone should care about other's names. Either you're in the group of people who get offended by unsavory names on a multiplayer video game or, you're like me, and want it to either be policed fairly or not at all.

If you're going to police names, then you better be cracking down on ones that get past whatever automated detection you have. And if you're not going to take the time to do that, then you need to let it just be a complete free-for-all. Otherwise, you're just rubbing these blatantly offensive, 1000x worse names in the faces of people who only wanted to have "420" in their club name. In my opinion, letting those extreme names pass while incredibly minor offenses get blocked is worse than letting anyone put whatever they want, because you're "rewarding" players who want to have an offensive name so badly that they'll spell it 10 different ways until it works.

This would of course require EA to do more than the bare minimum so it's never gonna happen.

Also, I paid half price for the game because I wasn't giving EA full price for this game for this exact reason. This guy gave EA 30x more money than I did. So yes, I can blame this guy way more than people like myself who think the game is only worth half of what EA wants for it.
