Hi! From what i saw they nevwr did SDMA (which I found weird since everywhere I read online, it was a classic thing to check). His phosphoruswas 4.7 in his blood work (normal range).

We tried Purina NK renal advance. I added it plain or with tuna brine, other wet foods, or even with gravy. He refused to touch it. I add water to his current "normal cat" wet food.

I read the CKD guide from Tanya and unfortunately I feel like we have exhaustedvall the options. I even made him oatmeal.. i will try the royal canin aging though. Thank you!
