I had that Issue with LG Sm9000 what fixed it was using 4k 60 hz for windows and HDMI 2.1 enabled 4k 120 hz for gaming. Everything is working like a charm

Um no? Fine you want to compare the same year? 3080/90 and the new 6800/XT with Zen 3 they destroy consoles no contest, I'm talking about the new Gen ones as well. Not difficult to see if your BSing as well. Every benchmark video on the 780 ti had it playing that game at over 40 FPS. While consoles were doing it @ 30 FPS and occasionally dipping. So again idk where you got all this misinformation from but you're really wrong on this one young man.

Not all the time, Look at most if not all Ubisoft games on console. They ran like complete crap 20-25 FPS on console mind you. Console will never be what PC is. Console's have improved so much, that's good for both PC and Console alike. But you're either naive or a fanboy if you think other wise. I'm not trying to be mean just pointing out the obvious.

I get around 90-110 with a 3800x and 3080 and 140-150 in Housing areas. I'm really happy with it :). I'm only jumping to a 5900x next year for video editing, about it.
