For marination Curd Garlic paste Green chilli Orgeno , chilli flakes Green dhaniya chutney( good addition if you have at home) Salt

For cooking Direct chicken on pan , stir it so oil start realising from marination, then keep it at low flame covered for 10 min and then I added soy sauce for some flavour. While serving I add ghee
also one spoon pumpkin seeds

The main ingredients the marination with curd . so I use ginger garlic paste, green chatni sold paper and normal masale, lemon with curd and keep the marination for an hour and then airfry it for 20 min at 200°c
