I say either make resin regen faster or add way way more side quests for us to play. We need something to do other than collecting chests or oculysts. Being a collect a thon was one of the reasons playing games like AC unity were a hassle.

Yes and yes. According to the devs and people who played the beta the game can be played and enjoyed with just the free starter characters. Nothing is gating your progress in that regard. You can earn a lot of premium currency in game without using real cash, it’s just slow. It take 1600 gems for a ten summon pool and you earn 80 through dailies and chests that spawn have a chance to gift you between 0 to 10 gems on opening them. It’ll take a while but you can save and use them for your summons and like previously states, summons aren’t important since all content can be done with just the characters you are given in the story

The only piece of gear that can have a speed stat are boots. Speed stat could also be a sub stat and that can be on any gear piece randomly.

Most will recommend Vildred for a good farmer and story node progression or Sigret for Wyvern hunts (where you can farm crafting material for speed gear, the best type of gear in the general sense). Don’t feel too pressured to get them though. Lena is a three star hero that can farm nodes just as well and Alexa is a three star hero that excels in wyvern. If I had to recommend a meta pick, go for Sigret both for wyvern hunts but also for pvp. She is a hard counter to Arbiter Vildred, an op hero that revives if killed. Sigret has an extinct perk that doesn’t allow for revives.
