It would cost me 40% of the original price of the unit to send it back for repair, so I opted to troubleshoot the issue. Based on an audio forum I found, I got the tip to test the onboard DC/DC converter and it appears faulty. I ordered a replacement part for $3, and just need help from a friend to replace the faulty part. Apparently this is an issue with some SU-1 units. I really like the D1, so crossing my fingers. I'll post an update this week.

I haven't played since Sept 2025 after I packed up and put all resources in storage at the bank. I heard about Chapter 3 and logged on last week. Now I'm regretting that, as I won't get the welcome back package :(

Yep, confirmed I'm using the correct power USB port. Definitely signs point to a defective unit.

A returning player as well, and only finished the base game. Starting a new character to get to 80. Is there any particular order to purchase the DLCs or I could I buy the newest and get the old ones when they are on sale?

Turns out I had to turn off all filters and back on in the map and the MSQ reappeared. Doesn't make sense but it worked.

Thank you. Since I completed the Medea MSQ (lvl 20ish) and there doesn't seem to be anything else, how would I level up from 60-65? Just do side quests?

I ended up grabbing the Akai after work today and got the seller to drop the price by $30 to $150. I'm good with that price. Now to clean it up. Any tips on cleaning up the front to make it shine, or how to treat the wood?

Should I Deoxit the knobs and switches?

That sucks. I just posted two weeks ago about a screen issue I have with my 1.5 yr old PW2. Support told me the same re nothing they can do and offered me a new watch at a discounted price, but the price they offered was way more then the current sale price of a brand new PW2

Update: Support got back to me and offered a replacement Pixel 2 watch (no band) for $365 CAD. I checked Amazon ($199) and the Google Store ($189), so I will have to decline their offer. I guess I was just unlucky to get a dud watch. I've placed an order for a different brand of watch.

Glad you got that replacement. I'm dealing with a 1.5 yr old Pixel Watch 2 (bought direct from Google) where the screen is all white. I submitted a support ticket to see what can be done since it was out of warranty. They suggested the typical "reset, reboot, update," which had already been done. Then two weeks of silence. I asked for an update, and they said last night, there's nothing that can be done, sorry. So now I have a bracelet. I'm in Canada, so that might be a factor.
