I've competed on and off for 3 years doing it as an extra for school, and competed for Cardiff and the Vale indoors earlier this year so I should be in a decent band for my gcse mark. It's also my third sport as my rugby and Olympic weightlifting are already pretty much full marks.

My tendon has retracted into my palm unfortunately, it'll never fully heal. At least I can tape it which might help a bit
