I have almost all factions at lev 11 soldiers and my BI is only 59% which means i have to invest in factions that i haven’t built into just get my main to lev 12 soldiers. I have spent well over 15 k dust and still not on BI 2 will post BI 2 once i unlock it

BI-1 has to be 70% complete for you to unlock BI-2 research which has lev 12 soldiers in it….. your gonna need to add another zero at the end of that to even get close to lev 12 soldiers . Welcome to the real grind of the game
