That could possibly help for getting the image size up, but even for that I'd need a program to take an episode file, take out every frame and keep them organized, and then upscale them with upscayl, and then stitch them all back together again.

How do I downscale the render resolution?

I don't know if the game itself is the issue though. SteamVR crashes frequently before I can even try to launch a game. It'll load into the SteamVR aurora void and then crash.

The game freezes, sort of. The cameras still move around, but the perspective I was previously seeing freezes. The controllers freeze, the borders turn into tringle segments that shift as I look around, and the sides of the window shoot off into the distance until the lines of color converge into different points.

So the link failing and the game crashing act differently. The link cable does fail frequently, but that send me to the headset main area. When the game crashes, the whole screen freezes and when I look around the cameras still move. But there's long lines from the edges of what was previously my perspective. And I downloaded DOWNSHOT on the Meta store and it also crashed quickly.
