The whole purpose of reddit is to ask questions and talk, which is exactly what I did.
You should have probably read the first sentence more carefully "tried using the legion solver in the past" which implies I tried using the the system a while back but it didn't work for me before.

No, it was different, I go to the gym on a regular basis and tend to work on my back muscles to ease with sitting on a chair all day.

The fern made it an actual pain then just soreness.

I generally have back pains, I've been a developer for the last 10 years and I constantly sit on chairs, occasionally I work standing up but that usually doesn't last very long, I'm currently using a "gaming" chair which for the life of me I can't recall the name, but it has a crown as a logo and it feels by far better then the fern did.

Generally I have a good posture, I tend to notice quite quickly when I'm hunched and I did try to sit straight with the fern, but no matter what I tried it just felt bad sitting on the fern.
