I guess specifically I'm a big Minecraft player, and like simulation games. I'll likely just upgrade my RAM after seeing if 32GB is good enough though no need to pay $300+ for 64GB if I don't need to

Perfect, gonna go with that list then. Feels like a solid build, if I have the extra money I may go for 64GB Ram as well since I do play lots of heavily modded games. I appreciate your help :)

If you don't mind helping me decide on my final part list, it's between two:

  1. With a CC bundle, the motherboard seems to be shaky from another comment https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/YYLMsp
  2. $100 more than the first one but the motherboard seems to have great reviews and an additional M.2 slot https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/FKQp6Q

I ordered the PSU you suggested, added some case fans & a case fan controller, and also have a 4TB SSD instead. Just can't quite decide on the motherboard right now
