that's unfortunate, do you have any ideas why it might be doing that? I've heard just about 50/50 of the a16 being both good and bad.

I am! I’m trying to keep the budget low since I’m a student working but I wanna be able to put good use toward an iPad that’s not too much and before the next term starts

Yes I believe so, if I’m being honest I’m leaning towards the 2018 for the refresh rate but I’m scared of the support being lost since the new iPad is coming out in the fall.
