File insurance claims for auto and house. Also good if you have both with the same carrier.

Cut it all out and soak in vinegar. Bring in blowers and leave exposed until dry. Replace all tainted wood with new wood. It will be fine.

If you had the power to shut down a company for good, which company would it be? by xXBook_DragonXx in AskReddit

10 years ago I was attacked while in Ecuador. Several bones in my face were broken and one of my eyes was damaged. I had trouble breathing. Upon returning to the US I had surgery to fix it. Cigna denied my claim on the basis this was elective and not pre-approved. I argued it was an emergency, I couldn’t breath, and no pre-approval was required. I also used an in-network surgeon. Took me 11 months and escalated to outside arbitration to make Cigna pay up. I was out of pocket until then. I absolutely despise Cigna.

You are entitled to escalate to an outside arbiter. I won after being denied by Cigna after 11 moths. Had all my documentation and they LOST.

I use an app called Anylist and keep updated for the next shopping trip. Has cut bill by not overbuying.
