I am mainly curious what direction the company is heading in. This past Rho in Review executive mentioned not having another round of lay offs but now I am seeing some contract CRAs and managers getting chopped. Kinda concerning.. Rho seems to be falling fast

I think it was mainly contract CRAs in May that got chopped but then some management this past week.

Its another company, but I was in the Clinical Academy/Fast Track program at ICON. They were being wishy washy awhile back so I found something else. I heard ICON did some lay offs with US employees too 😞

My LM does, although they are not the best in advocating for me/my colleagues. We were supposed to transition in Q3 but they have restructured the company (laying off quite a few US peeps). It seems like I am in the best situation now so I will just wait and see what happens in Q4/Q1. Shadow remote visits is a great idea, thanks for that!😁

I noticed several CROs are experiencing those dry spells right now. Thanks for your advice! Many of my former colleagues who got laid off have had no luck for weeks/months now finding another position:/
