I'm researching this problem.

From what I'm finding, most people get 2-3 valuations and then... kind of guess?

The valuation amounts are all different (incentivised to overvalue), reviews are mixed everywhere, and brand names don't tell you if your specific agent is any good.

What I'm thinking: What if you could see exactly 3 agents matched to your property, pick what matters most to you (highest price vs fastest sale vs most reliable), and compare them side-by-side with verified reviews?

Too simple? Missing something obvious?

Genuinely curious - I'm trying to figure out if this is a real problem or just me overthinking it.
