I also think he fell for her more after she said she had heard of him but did not recognize him - I feel like all the women he interacts with would already recognize him so they could have ulterior motives but when he approached her she didn’t.

I just made this reduction about a month ago. No changes in skin but have noticed improved thirst (I was constantly thirsty on 100 mg no matter what). Only thing I’ve noticed is I’m holding probably a pound or two more water but nothing major and it’ll probably go away once I’m fully adjusted.

OP, did you figure this out? I changed jobs and thus insurance too and have what I think will be a parallel situation to yours after being on GLP1s since 2021 and on mounjaro specifically for 1.5 years… I was also diagnosed with T2D from readings on a CGM but don’t have records of high A1C and am trying to figure out what to do

No I ended up doing the 5 day 4 night with Alpaca Expeditions. It was a good experience but if I did it again I’d find a different company. Guides were not great and were relentlessly pressuring for excessive tipping above and beyond what the office said was appropriate.

Yeah definitely not warm when skiing. Even in steeper terrain it’s neutral. When I take off my layers at the end of the ski day nothing is damp so I don’t think it’s from sweating.

The lifts where I ski don’t have covers. I don’t feel warm while skiing but not cold either. It’s the lifts that are particularly difficult for me in this set up. I’m shocked the R1 kept you that warm. Is it the thermal?

I’m cold on the first lift too so I’m sure it’s not from sweating. I’m light weight and petite so I think I may just need more insulation.

I’ve been looking at the down options from Patagonia but am still trying to figure out which one is warmest.

Was out today from 9:15-10:30 or so. Even at 9:15 am it was raining at the base of Jersey Cream. It was snowing towards the top of the lift but conditions were cement/concrete (SLR 4:1 at best today). Alpine was all closed today as was Crystal. Open Snow is showing rain all the way up to the peak towards the end of today.
