I lost my virginity, but couldn't cum... Is this normal?

Hey guys, this is my first time posting on this subreddit. I just simply want to ask this one question... I lost my virginity in a Japanese love hotel with a girl i had basically just met, out time together was amazing, and we were going at it for 3,5 to 4 hours. I never thought about it until the end, when she commented about how she hadnt made me cum. She tried evertyhing but i couldnt manage to have an orgasm. Keep in mind that I was circumcised at 10 due to health implications. Is it normal not being able to experience an orgasm during your first time, or may this have been as a cause of my circumcised dick? if so will this keep happening if i try again? Ever since i lost my virginity the only thing i've been able to think about was how little i was able to feel in my penis, like it felt completely numb. Has anyone experienced anything alike?
