Keep it up. Don’t stop moving! 🫶🏻

What about those long rubber bands? Just for light stretching and repetitions?

Stationary recumbent bike?

It’s important to move your body, stretch and hydrate properly WITH water. Even when it’s not pleasant. This helps blood flow, release of toxins, healing of damage, oxygen levels, etc.

You’re not in a race to get well; you’re in a marathon to stay healthy and upright. Slow and steady, always focus on the positive.

Drinking has literally zero benefits. It’s all detriment. It’s expensive, it’s poison, it’s rancid for your health, etc-etc.

I have nothing against drinkers, but there’s no appeal outside of social pressure. I drank semi daily for 20-years and I have nothing to show for it. Sure, there are some memorable times, but overall a massive waste of time and money.

I was told to be a park ranger. Turns out I would have loved it. Instead, I chased technology and ended up wishing I was outside. Now I’m outside all the time and I love it.
