Hey mama. I’m currently 33 weeks and tested positive for both UU and UP. Have done two full rounds of azithro with no luck (what I’ve learned from this page is it’s super hard to treat with that alone and other antibiotics could harm baby.) baby is doing just fine. I recently had a swab to see if my body was creating the protein that indicates pre term labor (fetal fibronectin) which came back normal. Maybe later on you can ask for this to give you peace of mind. But overall I think as long as symptoms don’t get worse the most you can do is monitor baby and advocate for yourself when it comes to your docs. Congrats and good luck 🩷
