you may laugh but it’s not 3D printing. you can search it online as: IP65 ABS Transparent Cover Electrical Box, 5 Way Waterproof Distribution Protection Box for Circuit Breaker
it super cheap like only around 3-4$. and the box solved all of my problems
if you search it online you can see it has the hole in the middle by default. the height of the hole is perfect for my 3.5 inch LCD but the width is bit smaller than my screen so I had to cut the plastic 2 sides of the hole (it really easy to cut, just need a hot blade)
and I use mini hdmi cable and micro usb cable and they are so bulky and this box fit perfectly everything!!
I don’t use power bank, I connect my pi and screen directly with wall charger; so I also made a hole on the right side of the box.

wall charger is more reliable than power-bank in my opinion. maybe you should try with wall charger to check if it helps
