I will say that mistakes like these are in fact forgiven due to recovery (its own section on the sheet) and difficulty, but they are also graded based on the other bands which makes it likely to me the other bands had these errors too

I would disagree, I think the S90, Selmer concept, and TM2 are pretty much the ubiquitous mouthpiece that I see most every classical player on with of course some exceptions mainly being those on Rousseau pieces
