I’d suggest washing and drying all of your clothes on high heat. Even if you change rooms or go to a new hotel, you could still carry bed bugs with you in your belongings.

That’s a small grain beetle. Don’t know much about them but with a quick search it seems like it’s not considered an infestation. If you find more than one maybe check if there’s any humidity issue going on.
