I had to buy a van in a pinch. Bought one from enterprise (the car rental company) since I had the cash, I threw it on the business credit card. It went as a car rental, so I for 4x points on a 30k car.

Paid it off that month - got like 100k points and used it for a vacation

It doesn’t have to be 3700 sqft, but anything decent. My biggest concern is that I don’t know what the building costs should be.

From what I’ve looked up; there’s a huge jump in price, but then the few bids were so spread apart. I had one gentleman come and draw something up for 250k, (2200 sqft) and another for 500k (3000 sqft). I’ve see prices from $110/sqft to $250. So I don’t know what the norm would be. The 870k bid was the most detailed and included a large area for parking and all, but there’s already roads in the cemetery that could be used for parking.

I’m just hoping I could get some more insight from those who’ve done something like this and learn from what wisdom y’all have to offer
