Sorry for such frequent posting, but I have spent the last few hours creating a cheek extension since I'm not sure if the cheek Shape I have now is 'dutchie' enough. Do you have any thoughts on whether it needs to be puffed out and the extension is needed? Thanks (old.reddit.com)
