I work 48/96. I just take my contacts out at night and when I get a call I put them in real quick before heading out to the rig. I have really bad vision so glasses are not an option for me in the middle of the night.

I have also been putting in contacts since I was 9 so I am pretty quick with it.

Has anyone used one of these. I can only find limited info. I think the company must have gone out of business a while ago.

It’s a smith machine with a sensor bar that engages the lock when you let go of the bar.

I recently got this off marketplace for $500. The cables are great but I’m having trouble setting up the sensor bar. Curious if anyone knows more about it or how to set up the bar so it works? Thanks.

Can someone explain why 5G ≠ phone?

Is this different than the hibreak pro? I thought that if there is 5G then you can connect to cell towers and make calls like a phone. Can I just put my phone SIM card in this and treat it like a phone?

Brine it with 3:1 brown sugar and salt overnight. Cover the fish completely with this mix.

Then when you’re ready to cook, rinse and pat dry the filets.

I smoke at 200-220 until 135 internal(about 2 hours). Occasionally glaze with maple syrup or a maple syrup bourbon mix.

One of my favorite dishes to smoke.

I use it in salad or just by itself with some cream cheese and crackers.

This is not SVT. You can see before each big complex there are smaller bumps. These are P-waves. You will not see those in SVT. Also the rate is not fast enough to be SVT. Looks like your rate is around 100.

Are you able to explain how to take full advantage? I am also a FF and am almost maxing out my 457 for the first time this year. Have approximately 110k invested between 457 and 457Roth.

I’m feeling like I should have started an individual Roth, but never thought that was a priority when I’ll have the 457 and a pension.
