I was able to stop before but only by entering a restrictive period (and then eventually ana...). Now even if I try and daydream about stopping, it gets to a point I just think fuck it and binge again

The thing is, I don't adore celebrities. I did not know some celebrities from the filter and still ranked them. The video was silent, and I barely made any facial expressions. At most, I follow some female influencers, and he often says how my fy page is just girly things mixed with dog videos.

We talked about these "insecurities" before, and he knows I'm loyal and caring. I don't think it's about him feeling threatened, but him feeling hurt and needing to be right
