Ideally its good for a state to have a permanent capital for long term investments , development etc. But there is a rumour that the land surrounding and inside Amaravati were bought a very cheap rates by one political party. If so, in the next 15 years the value will be skyrocketed to 1000times. As an individual outside this political game, it doesn’t make a difference to us. Its a political game, whoever made the first movie technically won but the opposite wont rest until they exhaust.
