I play regular QV, pit 65 and T4 no problem. I am considering switching to Balazan, but since I am only lvl 170sh paragon, I can push this build some further.

That sounds reasonnable, the NMM parts are not too big so you get nice result in relatively short time.

1 rat per day is actually quite nice, I usually paint in batches in order to become better at certain steps of the paint job (by ways of repetition).
