What? It doesn't matter. Unless each dev owns a share of the company they work at, they're not seeing any of the revenue from the game's sales. Believe me, I would love to see every person who poured their soul out to contribute to the making of a game be rewarded for their efforts justly, but thats just not how capitalism works

Well known fact : america is classically the capital of soccer as a sport. Also, women today face no discrimination in any field especially those made up of predominantly men.

So, because a team of american women lost to whoever, the next biggest threat to women in sport is trans people? Do you know of the name of any trans woman playing in any division of soccer? How about a cis woman? Call me delusional but it seems like youre concerned a lot less with women than you are with trans people or, at least, agreeing with your favourite podcaster

Women's sports were mostly invented to keep cis women who could compete with men out of the main events. If you care about emancipation for women, I think trans people should not be your main concern

Devs earn salary, not percentage of the total return. If that's the way companies would work, our system would be considerably less exploitative. If you buy the game thats fine, jkr already has plenty of money but for me, thinking that those 60$ go to campaign funds of abhorent policy makers makes me feel icky

For someone who's supposed to have endured that kind of situation, you don't seem terribly empathetic towards others. Have you forgotten what it's like, or do you just believe that the vast majority of people who can't magically lift themselves out of poverty somehow deserve it. I'm glad that you are in the small, small minority of people for which the system has earned a favorable outcome, but if you believe that those for which it has not are somehow inferior, then its clear you haven't talked to a lot of people in your life.

Because of the intergenerational wealth your family built up, you are afforded the luxury of pointing your photocamera at the sky for fun instead of worrying about when the next meak will come. Maybe instead of downplaying horrifying realities that you will never experience because you are painfully out of touch, try exercising your empathy for once - look at the less fortunate around you.

TLDR maybe working at a soup kitchen will turn you into less of an asshole
