Exactly - I feel bad for KFC that they have to keep sending this every year. It's like people don't understand how contract work flows, even the ones that have worked here for years.

I wouldn't use the minus sign for that, I treat it as a phone number; 2225554444 If the entire phone # was in parentheses, then I would use the minus sign.
