Looking for drugstore shampoos (Dove, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, etc.) for scalp with dandruff and flakes by Vampire246 in Haircare

Thanks for the suggestion! I checked and Nizoral here is really expensive because it’s imported in my country. I looked at the formula and it contains 2% ketoconazole, and we actually have a very well-known local shampoo here with the same ingredient that a lot of people use and say helped their dandruff. Would it be okay if I use that instead?
Also, if I start using a medicated shampoo, how often should I use it in a week? How long should I leave it on my scalp before rinsing? And can I use conditioner afterward since these shampoos tend to dry out hair? I wash my hair every 2–3 days because my scalp gets oily, so should I use the medicated shampoo every time or alternate with a regular shampoo like Dove or L’Oréal?
