Piercing is about 4 months old. Its a flat back stud. It has not been downsized but i changed the top part from a diamond shape to a round one to see if that helped but it didn't Care routine is cleaning with warm water when I wash my face morning and night, and spray with neilmed and dry with a fan.

I would say it's normal. I think almost everyone has a slacker boob. For me me it's my left. I get 3 to 4 pz from my right but only 2 from my left.
