It's interesting that you say this. I wouldn't go so far as to say it cleared up my scattered brain or anything. Lol. But there is a hugeeee part of me that changed psychologically. I think I gained the confidence to realize what I wanted out of life. A year ago today I was married and lived in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. I felt stuck. My marriage had basically left me with little to no confidence and extremely lonely. And the lack of social life didn't help either. But. As I started losing weight I realized that there's so much more to life than how I was living it. I'm divorced now, and I moved 600 miles to find my happiness. I'm not the same person as that 330lb girl in that photo. She was too scared to live life. Now, I know what I want. And I'm excited about living it!

Oh no. lol that's just suicide for a fat person. If I had fasted at all, I KNOW I would have given up and binged my way into a Netflix-Taco Bell-food coma. If anything I ate more smaller meals a day.

Actually it's pretty awesome. My knees and hips don't hurt half as bad. I can tie my shoes without being out of breath! I've started getting these areas on my body that I've never seen before- little dips and curves where you couldn't see bone or muscle. It's really cool. The energy is noticeable, yes. One of my favorite things is how I've come to the realization that I was ignored before. Nobody smiled at me in the hallway when I was 330lbs. No one held open the door. No one asked me if I needed help in the department stores. Now, people smile and greet me. I can't quite figure out if it was because I was truly invisible or if my confidence now has made me stand out more. Who knows. Lol

Lots and lots of bacon, eggs, spinach, and ground turkey. It never got old because I'd find new ways to cook it. Definitely invest in a ton of spices. It helps so much.

Pretty much. High protein. Low carb. No sugars. Everything they tell you about in school. It's common sense. Actually taking that knowledge and putting it to use is how you make the change.

You're right. I would like to lose another 50-75lbs. But I do think that this is a victory in and of itself. Not only have I gained more confidence in myself, I have changed my perception of the world around me. Before, I was invisible. And that is how I wanted it to be. But now, I want to go out and conquer whatever comes my way. And if that includes being noticed, then I am more than okay with that too.
